Lessons and clinics on one calendar

Private lessons, group classes and court time sit on one calendar, so you see who is teaching, where and when.

Lessons and courts are booked together. See the tennis court booking system.

  1. 01

Private lessons. Members book a coach from your portal, app or website, at that coach's hourly rate. Add a court to the same booking.

  2. 02

Group classes and clinics. Set a capacity, assign one or more coaches and repeat the class every week. When a class is full, players join a waitlist and the next one is offered the spot.

  3. 03

Weekly slots and lesson packs. Repeat a private lesson every week, or sell a session pack that members use when they book a lesson.

Coaches who know their schedule

Each coach has their own hours, rate and time off, so members book times a coach can teach.

  1. 01

Hours, shifts and time off. Set each coach's working hours, rosters and shifts, and add time off. Members book a coach within those hours, along with a court.

  2. 02

Synced to Google Calendar. Lessons and classes appear in the calendar your coaches already use.

  3. 03

Pay coaches your way. Set pay per class, per attendee, per session or as a revenue share, and hold pay until a booking is paid.

Juniors and their parents

Parents run everything from one family account, and young children do not need their own login.

  1. 01

Parents book for their children. Lessons and classes are booked for each child from the portal, or by your front desk.

  2. 02

Age groups and levels. Label each class by age group, from kids (5 to 12) to juniors (13 to 17), and by level from beginner to advanced, so families find the right group.

  3. 03

Messages to the whole class. Message everyone booked into a class at once, for a cover coach or a weather change.

Progress players and parents can see

Give coaches a quick way to show progress after every lesson, and give players and parents something to look back on.

  1. 01

Your own scorecard. Build it from the skills you coach, like serve, footwork and consistency, on a scale of 1 to 3, 1 to 4, 1 to 5 or 1 to 10.

  2. 02

Scored from the roster. After a lesson or class, the coach taps Assess next to a player, scores each skill and adds an optional note.

  3. 03

Parents see every score. The scorecard goes to the player and to the parents on a junior's family account, with a running average per skill in the portal.

Know who is improving

See every player's history in one place, and spot who needs attention before they drift away.

  1. 01

History on every profile. Each player's overall average and full list of scorecards sit on their profile, newest first.

  2. 02

Smart tags. Flag top performers and players who need attention, based on their last three scorecards.

  3. 03

A nudge for coaches. Another tag shows players who train but have not been assessed lately, so no one is missed.
