The Branded App is available as a paid add-on on the Run and Grow plans. It's not available on the Free plan. If you're not on Run or Grow yet, you can upgrade at any time.
Just your branding - logo, colors, and a few details about your gym. It all goes into a simple template that takes less than 20 minutes to fill out. Once we have that, our team takes it from there and builds your app. No technical knowledge, no outside developers, no extra costs.
Once we have your branding information, your app is typically ready within 2–3 weeks. Before going live, you'll see exactly what your app and store listing look like and approve it. After that, the standard Apple App Store and Google Play review process applies (just like any other app), which can add a bit more the timeline. We'll keep you updated throughout.
Yes, fully. You'll need to create an account on the App Store and Google Play, and we deploy the app directly under your account. That means your gym owns the app completely; it's yours, not ours.
