Draws built from your registrations

Create a tournament from any event and the entry list is already there. You pick a format, add seeds and generate the draw.

  1. 01

Entry fees and entries together. Sell entry as a ticket on the event. Every player with a ticket is added to the tournament automatically, and you can import later sign-ups with one button until the draw is generated.

  2. 02

Knockout or round robin. Run a knockout bracket, with byes for top seeds when the field is not a full bracket, or a round robin where everyone plays everyone once. Matches are best of 1, 3 or 5 sets.

  3. 03

Seeding that keeps top players apart. Seeds 1 and 2 can only meet in the final. Players without a seed are placed at random.

Scores that move the draw forward

Enter a result in one dialog and the draw updates. Nobody redraws a bracket by hand.

  1. 01

Winners advance. In a knockout, the winner moves into the next round as soon as you save the score. A no-show is entered as a walkover.

  2. 02

Round-robin standings. Standings rank players by matches won, then set difference, then game difference. When exactly two players are level, head-to-head decides.

  3. 03

Withdrawals handled. Withdraw a player after the draw is generated, or bring them back. Matches they already played still count.

Players follow the draw online

Players should not have to ask the desk who they play next. The draw and scores are published where members already look.

  1. 01

In the member portal. Members see the entry list, then the draw and scores once it is generated.

  2. 02

On your event page and website. Members and visitors can follow the bracket or standings from the event page and your website.

  3. 03

One tournaments page. Upcoming and finished tournaments are listed together, so past results stay easy to find.

A rating for every member

Every ranked match feeds a skill rating, so your club can see who is improving and set up fairer matches.

Matches played on your courts link to the booking. See the tennis court booking system.

  1. 01

Ratings from real matches. Ranked matches, in a tournament or recorded on their own, update each member's rating. Friendly matches are recorded and never change it.

  2. 02

Fair to newcomers and regulars. New members move fastest in their first matches, then settle as they play more. Beating a stronger opponent earns more than beating a weaker one.

  3. 03

Matches on your courts count in full. A match linked to a court booking counts in full. A match with no booking counts at half.

  4. 04

A rating that travels. A member's 1club rating stays with them in the 1club app, and follows them to any club on 1club.

Your club leaderboard

See your club's level at a glance, and use it to seed the next event.

  1. 01

Leaderboard by sport. Rank members by rating, with matches played and the date they last played.

  2. 02

Match history on every profile. Each member's profile has a Matches tab with their full history.

  3. 03

Seed in minutes. Sort by rating, then enter your top seeds when you create the next tournament.
